Awards and Honours[]

Physical Description[]

  • Height: 5’ 10”

  • Hair: Light Brown

  • Eyes: Blue

  • Distinguishing Features:

Although not unusually tall, Lucian is broad-shouldered and well-muscled from his time spent training with the soldiers. When in battle, he carries a hand-and-a-half sword known as Lion’s Tooth. For ceremonial occasions, he wears a circlet of gold inset with rectangular rubies. His light brown hair, when not contained by his crown, flows down to his shoulders. Lucian is a strong leader. Although not beyond mercy, he has a short temper. When he was young, he was often day-dreamy and off-task to the point of not accomplishing anything and could be impulsive, possibly acting on whims in an unpredictable fashion. He has matured with age, but as a youth, he would often get into a verbal conflict with his father, and later the other Dukes. He is fiercely loyal, and will always come through in the end. Still, his people admire him, and many a mother had contemplated the effect of marrying off her daughter to the future King.

Life Story[]

Early Years[]

Adulthood[]

He is the leader in the field of the King’s Army and capable swordsman and equestrian. He is well liked by people, those who know him personally, and those who do not. Although it was expected that he would marry into one of the Great Houses, he did not marry Loren solely for her position, rather, because he had genuine feelings for her. Unusually for a noble, he has never even considered being unfaithful to her. Their first child was stillborn, and Loren was very ill for a time, so it was two years before they had another child – this time, a daughter.
